MODES OF PAYMENT
Payment is through:
- Bank deposit (BDO, BPI and Metrobank)
- Palawan Express Pera Padala
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
For payments through bank deposit and Palawan Express, when you are already paid please send a photo of your receipt at our Facebook page: Figlia Shoes, or you can also send it through Viber at 0917 629 0971.
Cash on Delivery Payment is ONLY applicable in the following areas:
- Metro Manila
- Bulacan - Balagtas, Bocaue, Guiguinto, Malolos City, Marilao, Plaridel, Meycauayan City, San Jose del Monte City and Sta. Maria.
- Cavite - Amadeo, Bacoor City, Carmona, Cavite City, Dasmarinas City, GMA, Gen. Trias, Imus City, Indang, Kawit, Mendez, Naic, Novaleta, Silang, Tanza, Trece Martirez City.
- Laguna - Binan City, Cabuyao City, Calamba City, San Pedro City and Sta. Rosa City.
- Rizal - Angono, Antipolo City, Cainta, Binangonan, Rodriguez, Taytay, San Mateo, Cardona, Jalajala, Tanay and Teresa.
- Items should be paid with an exact amount. (+ shipping fee if your order is below 999).
- If you decide to return your item, the shipping fee will be shouldered by you (whether your order is 999 above or below).
- Always make sure there is a receiver of the order.

Shipping rates indicated on this site are only applicable for delivery here in the Philippines. If there are orders for international shipping, kindly message us on facebook or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will review the possibilities and shipping rates.
- FREE Shipping for ₱999 and above orders
- Shipping Fee rates for ₱998 and below orders:
- 90.00 PHP- Metro Manila (Manila, Quezon City, Makati, Pasig, Pasay, San Juan Metro, Taguig, Mandaluyong, Marikina, Muntinlupa, Parañaque, Caloocan, Las Piñas, Valenzuela, Malabon, Navotas)
- 180.00 PHP- Provincial
- We will message you immediately if there are additional fees for shipment.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us immediately and e-mail us at email@example.com or message us at 0917 629 0971.
Once you have paid your order, you can not make cancellations anymore.
REPLACEMENT OF ORDERS
We ONLY accept replacement/exchange of orders, NO refund of payment or item.
We only replace, if the item is totally damaged by the time you received it and if you want to change the size or style of your order.
ALWAYS make sure that the item for replacement or exchange has the same amount (or higher) with the item you returned.
Our policy lasts 15 days after you received your order. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you replacement. Please indicate your receipt for replacement as proof of purchase.
Make sure that the item you want to be replaced is still in the same condition by the time we sent it. Please make sure also it is still on its original packaging or box.

For replacements, make sure you let us know before you ship them.

ARRIVAL OF ORDERS
Expected arrival of orders within Metro Manila is 3 days to 1 week. For orders to be shipped outside Metro Manila, expect the arrival after 1 to 2 weeks.
Please ALWAYS make sure there is a receiver of your order.
PROCESS OF ORDERS
We accept orders daily.
Processing of orders is on weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm. Orders sent 4 pm onwards will be processed the next day.
If you have sent orders on weekends, it is already noted but will only be processed on the next working day (Monday to Friday, depends if there is a holiday). So expect additional day/s for shipment and arrival of your order.
